Today is my birthday.
I’ve tried to keep it on the down low, but the little men in my life, well, they like to party.
I woke to bed bouncing, tissue paper crinkling, “Happy Birthday Mama! Open it, open it, open it OPEN IT!!!!!”
And this, thrust at me.
THIS, is the result of lots of surrepticious running about and whispering yesterday afternoon, after the questions, “Today is the third, right? And that means tomorrow is the fourth?”
Inside was a new feather for our collection. They found it at the lake, while we were camping, and snuck it home. It was a premeditated birthday surprise 
But wait, there’s more!
Those are their photocopied hands, painstakingly cut out, and a 20, that they have been saving in their quest to buy a Wii, but decided together, that I should have instead.
I think my heart grew 20 sizes today.
How could they know that the greatest gifts in the world are already mine?
