Small Wonder :: Love Notes

by Stefani on 11-May-2009

… from little boys, and a rose from my very own yard.

Love Letter

I hope all the mamas out there felt sincerely appreciated and loved up yesterday… and everyday.

So sweet.

And the rose isn’t so shabby either.

The sweetest note and don’t you just love when they trace their hands? It gives you a memory to look back on their teensy-ness when their hands are huge like our 15 year old’s. Hope your mom’s day was super special!

Oh, those handmade cards are the best, aren’t they? My oldest did a “rock band” themed one…and even though I was the lead singer, I managed to still be carrying a tote with an apple inside;)

over at our place, I’ve got posted a tutorial on the super sweet mother’s day gift my boys made me a few years ago that is still the centerpiece of my kitchen. Hope you had a great day!

I do love seeing little ones’ handwriting. Something very innocent and magical about it.

I used to love the love notes from my students (still do) but those from my own kiddos… even better. Happy Mother’s Day to one super-cool mama!

Gifts from the heart..the best gifts. Glad to hear you had a wonderful Mother’s Day.
The kids and I watched your video you have on Books of days. Thank you for letting us see a glimpse of your day. The kids kept say, “They are just like us!” When you put your grocery bags under your sink and then working on the bridge by the water, the kids just couldn’t believe it. I keep my bags in the same place and on warm days we do our work on our bridge that’s over our creek. I think it was nice that the kids seen we are normal. :)

I do I do!
I’ve been thinking that I need to make a paint print of my youngest before his little hands get any bigger!
