You know what's great about this kid?
Even when he feels really, really, REALLY bad, he is still so stinking funny and determined and full of all his usual "spit and swagger."
His brothers thought they'd sneak in and put a different cartoon on the computer.
They thought he was too sick to put up a fight.
They thought wrong.
He raised one little finger in their direction and said, "You don't want to do that! I have amazing powers of death and destruction! If I blow just ONE of my super germ breaths on you, you'll be sorry!"
They backed slowly away, and he smirked.
He smirked long and hard.
That boy.

so great.
that’s funny!
Too funny!
Priceless!!! That little man is a force to be reckoned with!
That’s a very good sign when his personality still shines through! He sounds like a very special little guy. Hope he is better soon and that the super germs don’t get the rest of you!
We’ve fighting bugs at our house too. I hate summer colds. They are such a waste of a summer day.
lol! Cute guy!!!
Hilarious! You captured the moment perfectly! The Sanders Clan prays for a quick recovery! It’s no fun to be sick in the summer! (but I know secretly you don’t mind the staying indoors part! )
that is hysterical. i love it.
That’s hysterical. It also made me smile that we have the same “just in case” bowl and when my son sees it he protests greatly that he is not going to need it!
Just wanted to let you know that you won something on my Scentsy give-away. Cehck back to http://shinershouseoffun.blogspot.com/ to see what you have won. I look forward to hearing from you on what you want.
lol! BOYS! I love em!

So far so good…. fingers firmly crossed!!!
Boo! So sorry! Wishing you guys a speedy recovery!
Well we were just kinda laying around like blobs anyway… but it still stinks. Thanks for your prayers!
Two of mine like to have it nearby… it’s a comfort to them to know that they are prepared. One of them though, he wails when he sees it coming
Holy CRUMB!!!! You have made my day and then some!
Eeeeeek!
I’m a serious Scentsy fan and was SO pining after a new warmer for our school room. Thank you!!!
Aw, feel better!
Hahaha! I hope he feels better soon.
We just went through the stomach bug with Jake. I smiled at the “dreaded green” bowl. We have one too. We call it the puke pot.
LOL!!! Man, you guys have bad barf luck in the summer time. This happened last year, too. I’m crossing my fingers that the sickies have left us for at least a few months. It was such a rotten winter around here.
Awful to be sick anytime but a true crime to be sick in the summer! Awesome that he is still spunky through it!
alright! Your little man rocks!
that is such a wondrfull story! it will ahve me smiling all day long!
ha ha! this is too funny.
hope your guy is feeling better now.
Ha! this winter, we had 60+ days of flus and colds and stomach bugs…the netflix account darn near self-destructed!
Awwww. No fun at all. For Mom or him, I’m sure. But it definitely looks like you’ve got all the bases covered!
I had one boy that wasn’t acting like himself this morning. And now he’s sleeping in my bed. Quiet time turned into nap time. I hope he’s not catching something! But if so, the bowl, bench and menu will be the same here as well!
smart boy! looks like he’s well set up. and your dreaded bowl is much prettier than our stainless steel one, lol.
Good job little man!!
that is one funny little boy!!!
So glad your little man is feeling better. My eldest was sick on Sunday, and when I showed her the photo of Ryder (doing the exact same thing she was doing) it made her smile and smile. And the little story made this mama smile too. What a sweet sweet little boy!
I hope he feels better soon.
I was just reading about the pukes on Octamom’s blog, thought you would get a kick out of it. I think your little guy is definitely a Denier of the pukes

Your blog is my new favorite thing.
I think that my new favorite thing is nice people who say that my blog is their new favorite thing
That’s pretty funny. Thanks for the link!
I think he’s more on the Jedi side though… well…
maybe he’s a denier, but he doesn’t deny that he’s sick, he just denies that the sickness can take him in a fair fight. Oh no, he will prevail!
That’s funny! Grace had the flu at nearly the same time. If only I had a laptop… I would have done the same thing!!
