Celebrating Valentine’s Day

by Stefani on 10-February-2010

Good morning everyone!

I thought today I’d round up a little love from the archives…. some of our past Valentine’s Day ideas. The big day o’ love is right around the corner! I hope that these simple and sweet projects will help you celebrate it with someone special.

Carved Soap HeartsCarved Soap Hearts A simple, fun little craft that keeps small hands busy (and clean!).

Forced BranchesRead Buds – Faux forced branches for Valentine’s Day decorating.

Bread Quilt

Bread Quilt Pattern – This is a simple little sewing project that will keep your bread warm in it’s basket. Wrap it around some of our Daily Bread and share it with someone you love!

Little Love NotesLittle Love Notes – These sweet little cards are in our stationery shop. With a little packing tape or clear contact paper, plus a hole punch and some ribbon, they become fun bookmarks. We think that they’d make great lunch box notes any time of year too. The best part? You can make as many as you like and spread the love to your heart’s content.

Bird Silhouette CalendarBird Silhouette Calendar – Another simple gift from our stationery shop, this printable calendar is just the right size for a bulletin board, fridge or even slipping into a purse. With lots of room for making notes, it’s perfect for keeping track of library books, bills, special dates, miles run or books read. Useful and simple, just the way we like it.

Enjoy!
